Norwegian Photographer Terje Sorgjerd’s Time Lapse Video: The Mountain, Goes Viral
TweetTime lapse photography and video is a popular techniques these days with nature photographers. It is a great way to tell stories and create dramatic visual performances and can be done by any photographer with a digital camera, tripod, and video software. No video camera needed!
Norwegian photographer Terje Sorgjerd has created a beautiful video titled The Mountain and its popularity has taken it viral across the internet.
His photography is wonderful and his camera moves add to the spectacular effects, but for me, what makes my jaw drop is how he captured unbelievable images of the Milk Way. The images are breathtaking.
How did he do it? How did he capture those exposures showing so much color of outer space? He chose to shoot from Spain’s highest mountain, El Teide, and from a very high altitude and that surely helped eliminate atmospheric conditions, but there still seems their could be more. Watch the video after the jump and you can decide.
